How soon can you do my job?This depends on the time of year, our current workload and the complexity of your job. We will let you know a start date when you accept our quote.

Do I need to pay a deposit for my job?Yes, once you have accepted us to do your work, we require up to a 50% deposit, depending on the size of the job. Large jobs require progress payments including an initial deposit.

What is your hourly rate?Entirely depends on each job. Between $70 - $90 depending on the complexity of the job and the tools needed to complete the job. Our rate reflects our experience, quality of workmanship and efficiency.

Do you charge to travel to my jobWe don't charge for local jobs in Bendigo and surrounding suburbs or Ballarat and surrounding suburbs but depending on your location and time it takes to get to you, we will charge a fee to cover our costs accordingly.

Are you registered and have insurance?Yes, we have our business registered and all the relevant insurance coverage required. We have OHS & WHS requirements also covered as well as high risk work tickets for larger jobs.

What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer?We guarantee our workmanship and structural warranties are in line with state regulations.
